Although the family business has grown exponentially since Peter opened his first TV repair shop on West Tower Street in Carlisle in 1966, his character and personality made him known locally as “The Name You Can Trust” this company motto still underpins the ethos of our family business today. Although we have grown, we have not lost our family values. Across our three stores and online business we employ 50 people, many of which are literally part of the family. All six of Peter's children are involved in the business today, alongside grandchildren, nieces, nephews and members of staff who have been with us for so long they feel like family, some for over 40 years!
